Eligibility

We would love to speak to any angel investors who would like to join our community and attend our events. The network is free to join and there are no fees associated with participation or investment.

We do prefer for investors to be based in the Milton Keynes, Beds, Bucks or Northants regions so they can easily attend our in-person events and pitches.

To comply with FCA's Financial Promotions Order and ensure the quality of our network, you will be asked to sign a high-net-worth declaration which will require you to qualify as either:

‣ a self-certified sophisticated investor,

‣ or a self-certified high net worth individual,

‣ or a representative of a high net worth company, unincorporated association or trust

There is never any obligation to invest, however we do ask that you are an active investor willing to invest at least £10k per annum.

Register your interest indicating which declaration suits you and we will forward the documents to you to be completed and signed.

Angel Workshops

If you are new to investing or curious about becoming an angel investor, we offer a short introductory workshop on the process, SEIS and EIS and due diligence.

Being part of our angel community is a great way to learn from more experienced investors and find confidence in the process.

Due to the risks of angel investing, we strongly recommend seeking financial advice from a trusted advisor before making any investments. Central Arc Angels cannot provide any advice or recommendations.
